TO CONSIDER

The Student’s Union elections are currently taking place, please be sure to go onto our website at www.metsu.org and vote for next year’s Union team.

To hear what each of the student’s running in this election has to say about their duty next year, please come along to Hustings this Sunday Evening at 7.30pm in the Metro Lounge in Townhill


7. Policy Folder

TO CONSIDER

The policy folder has increased in size dramatically over the past few years. The Sabb team with members of the Exec have gone through the folder to reduce the size in order to create a user friendly document without repetition.

Old policies have been displayed up on the wall around the Union for the last week.

To keep any old policies please write down its number and bring it to the front for debate.

8. Motion

TO CONSIDER

The following motions were voted to policy in 2007 and have become very controversial. Members of the student body have asked that we review them. If they are passed here, they shall go into the new policy folder and the Union will uphold them. If they do not pass, they will be discontinued.

c) The General Elections are coming up; spread the word for students to register in order to vote in the May elections. Forms are distributed across campus. Also visit http://www.voteforstudents.co.uk/ for information on the parties.
