What is MetSU:

Your Students’ Union is run for students by students. We exist to provide you with the best student experience here at Swansea Met. Our main functions are to provide representation, support and guidance, sports and societies and so much more.

We are a not for profit organisation so every penny we make gets ploughed back into union services to achieve our aim of making life better for students. We don’t have shareholders to take out profits and our trustees ensure we spend the Union’s funds effectively on activities to directly benefit you.  

All students at the University are automatically members of the Students' Union. In turn, MetSU is a member of the National Union of Students (NUS) who provide information and guidance to us. For more information on NUS click here.
